RETURN POLICY:
- All returns are eligible for replacement or store credit only.
- Only damaged items are eligible for refund.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original form within 3 business days In Nigeria and 14 business days outside Nigeria.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and tags attached.
- Customer must fill out and include return from in their package.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Any items that are sent back to us and are not within our return policy standards, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense
EXCHANGES
Due to our limited quantity of inventory,we do not offer exchanges directly. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, you will need to send back the item in its original packaging. Once the item has been received we will confirm availability of your required size. If available you may then purchase the correct size or issued a gift card with which you can purchase any other item of choice.
We cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting to exchange for will be in stock when it reaches our office.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We quality check all our items before shipping them to you. However, we realize mistakes can sometimes be made. If you have received a damaged item, please allow us correct it for you!
Tags must be attached to the damaged garment, and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn
Damaged items report must be made within 24hrs of receiving the merchandise. If it has been more than 24 hours, we are not able to replace them for you
If it has been within the 24 hours period, we will cover return shipping cost as well as replacing the merchandise for you. If we no longer have the item in stock we will issue a replacement or a store gift card in the amount of your purchase.
