As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, leather grain, or finishing may naturally occur and are considered characteristics of artisan craftsmanship rather than defects.

Colours may vary depending on your device or monitor settings. Product measurements may vary slightly due to handcrafted production. Availability is subject to stock levels.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund where payment has already been received.

7. Payment Terms
Ready-to-Wear Collections
Full payment is required before an order is processed or dispatched.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Orders
To commence production: An 80% non-refundable deposit is required. Production begins only after the deposit has been received. The remaining 20% balance must be paid upon completion of production and before shipment.
Failure to settle the outstanding balance may delay delivery until payment has been received.
8. Bespoke Services
Bespoke garments and custom products are individually created according to your selected measurements, specifications, and preferences.
Because every bespoke order is personalised:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Deposits are non-refundable after production begins.
Minor variations resulting from handcrafted production do not constitute defects.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements during the ordering process.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to:
Customs inspections
Courier delays
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. In summary:
Eligible ready-to-wear products may be returned within the applicable return period. Bespoke and personalised products are non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or where the incorrect item has been supplied.
